🛍️ Sales Professionals
Join our retail sales team and help customers find the right tools, equipment and accessories for their needs.
What you will do:
Assist customers with product selection
Explain product features and applications
Handle sales enquiries and customer requirements
Maintain product displays and showroom presentation
Build strong customer relationships
Preferred: Sales or retail experience, good communication skills and an interest in tools and equipment.
🔧 Service Technicians
We are looking for skilled technicians to service, repair and maintain power tools and related equipment at our TOOL MART stores.
What you will do:
Diagnose and troubleshoot power tools
Carry out servicing and repairs
Test equipment after servicing
Maintain service records
Provide professional technical support to customers
Preferred: Experience in power tool servicing, electrical/mechanical maintenance or a related technical field.
